The purpose of this contract is to provide professional management, tax and accounting services for the Delegation of the Government of Catalonia to the United States of America, under Article 18 of Decree 61/2017, of June 13, on the units of institutional representation of the Government abroad. The contractor shall provide an advisory service, which includes the following services:a) Advice on all matters relating to US taxation that affect the normal functioning of the Delegation.b) Advice on the fulfillment of the requirements of the legal form of the corporation that has the delegation before the competent administrations (e.g. changes in the statutes or in the composition of the Board of Members of the corporation for changes of members...).c) Management and payment of the payroll of the employees of the delegation.d) Advice on aspects related to labor law in the USA.e) Upon request, any other necessary procedure to regularize the situation of both the Corporation that legally undertakes the delegation and the employees. Procedures related to administrative, legal and accounting requirements.... and actions that require specific knowledge of the relations with the different administrations: local, state and federal. f) Advice on accounting management
